B-I-N-G-HOMO. Hosts Bingo Boy and Belle-Aire reclaimed this classic game from the elderly and trailer trash and rechristened it with a splash of gay sensibility, all for the sake of charity. You can look forward to seeing a new gay celebrity working it as the guest ball caller each month. Recent guest host Willem Belli (aka Cherry Peck of Nip/Tuck) was especially good at spitting out those balls (if there’s a better way to say that line, I’m all ears). But the biggest names are usually in the seats. Don’t be surprised if Daryl Hannah, Minnie Driver, or Marcia Cross is downing a Flirtini in the booth behind you. You haven’t played Bingo until you’ve played Desperate Bingo.
While many WeHo events focus on cruising, Legendary Bingo is all about camp. This is the perfect place to unwind with your boys, or take your favorite gal pal to catch up on your week. Noshing is encouraged; share a full order of the cracktastic mac n cheese balls without feeling guilty. Take advantage of the rare $3 drink specials, but don’t neglect their signature martini’s, such as the Bossy Bottom. It’s the fiercest fund raiser ever!
