With a name like “Beige” and a catchphrase like “supper club chic”, a Tuesday night at Falcon sounds like an evening made for the banal and colorblind; however, that couldn’t be farther from the truth. An avatar of the NYC-made-popular event, the crowd at this super-mod hotspot is everything you’d expect out of a Sunset Blvd haunt: young, beautiful, well-dressed, stylish…and knowing every minute of it. Brought to you by owner Falcon, Rusty Updegraff and Victor Rodriguez, classic martinis and model manhattans flow by the shaker-full, while delicious aperitifs and snacks come platter after platter. Set against the beautiful backdrop of Dodd Mitchell’s designer space, the leather, oak and concrete slab edifice elements are almost as eclectically refined as the rock-star (sometimes literally) crowd itself.

Plain and Simple:

Dress to Impress Getting all dolled up is fun…once in a while. And Falcon is perfect for a fine-threads night on the town. Everything from D&G to designer jeans are 100% a-OK, but seriously consider staying home if you find yourself in a sweatshirt and cargo shorts mood.

East Coast Awesomeness If you’re an east coaster with a hankering of homeickness, swing on by Beige. A walk through Falcon’s front doors will have you feeling like your SoCal sensibilities are 3,000 miles away and NYC is yours within a mere martini.
